Introduction
This session helps you to get out of your head and into your body with the help of clay. It is a very intuitive approach thanks to the organic material, perfect for meditation beginners or meditation lovers. Clay's body-like features allow us to draw connections to ourselves. It's a calming and nurturing activity that will help you become present, inspired and aware.

No skills or experience needed. With or without meditation experience.

What you get
This is an online Clay Meditation with ceramic artist Anke Buchmann. The session is offered in a 40min zoom video call. Anke will guide you through a mindful clay experience, in a conscious process engaging the hands through tactility, gesture and intuition. Meanwhile the mind can relax and finally arrive at the same place with the body. In the here and now.

This tactile Clay Meditation is perfect for anyone who always wanted to try meditation but so far was scared off by the idea of sitting still and just breathing. The clay will make it very intuitive to connect with yourself. Give it a try!

What you need:
Clay, ca. 150g - 300g (any clay will do) (Show me the matching HANDFUL Clay Kit.)
Device to access the internet and display video (computer, smart phone, ipad, ...)
Calm area where you can sit quietly for 40min without any distractions

Special conditions
We recommend to get a HANDFUL Clay Meditation Kit before the session, if you don't have clay at home.

The workshop is for adults mainly but suitable for anyone between 8 years and 108 years.
